Staff were excellent, from the minute we arrived and the concierge arranged to park our car, right through to the bartender and also staff in the dining room for breakfirst. First class. Superb location to city

The facilites and staff at the hotel were very good; The hotel was clean, with a pleasant atmosphere in a great location.

Although the hotal faclities were very good, i was a little disappointed with the actual room - nothing exactly to critisize, just thought a 5* room would offer more than it did.

We spent 1 night and would stay here again. Top rated and fairly clean place offers extensive breakfast and absolutely perfect location in the center of town with views across the castle. Extremely helpful and patient staff as one 

Apart from the inability to get to sleep and being woken very early by the noise outside the hotel it was enjoyable.However need to get better double glazing!

The room was of great quality and newly renovated. The strong WiFi connection was a plus.I loved the lovely views over the castle.Cardiff airport was easily accessible, only 29 minutes away by car.

Very helpful staff who went out of their way to resolve a booking issue.Leisure facilities were excellent.

The service at Hilton Cardiff is generally exceptional. The hotel is in an incredible location in Cardiff Centre, near the Millennium Stadium and great shopping areas.
