This place is clean and comfortable, has a strategic location, features a room with a balcony, a functional bathroom, and is situated in a peaceful area.

very friendly greetin upon arrival from the receptionist. This sets the tone for yoir stay. Thoroughly enjoyed our short visit.

Affordable and well-maintained rooms that were recently renovated. The rooms have a spacious bathroom and a large, cozy double bed. Great location in the Grey's restaurant area. 👍

The location was central and magnificent, close to everything. We were upgraded to a well-kept deluxe double room with a good view, which was a nice gesture.

relaxing in the bar during the evenings. the staff were warm and welcoming and it had a great atmosphere

there was a fire drill just after we checked in and we were left standing outside in the cold for over half an hour, leaving our coffees and lunch in the lobby bar. :-(

This place has wonderful staff, amazing food, beautiful design, great service, and free wifi, especially the lovely breakfast restaurant.

superb location, ease of parking and general ambience

Rather tired looking rooms , very noisy outside (we stayed on a sat night) and v overpriced. I thought the price was per room not per person!!

The location is wonderful for visiting the city and doing shopping.

The recently renovated king room with its fantastic bed also had great amenities like a mini fridge, a safe, and a comfortable lounge area.
