Good service

Air conditioning was insufficient in the whole hotel, no restful sleep possible, absolutely stuffy and too warm, although the air conditioning runs the whole day!

This venue offers an amazing location at a great price, near attractions like the castle, shopping areas, and restaurants.

The breakfast was very good and left nothing to be desired. The Hilton hotel is located directly opposite Cardiff Castle and only 5 minutes from extensive shopping areas.

The approach by car is not very easy despite the navigation system. Moreover, there is no parking possibility at the hotel, which generates additional costs of 40 pounds.

The staff at the Reception Desk were very friendly and welcoming. The location near Cardiff for a concert, city center, and night club was absolutely perfect and incredible.

I really enjoyed my very pleasant stay at Hilton Cardiff. the deluxe king room was recently refurbished with a castle view. - the bed was comfortable. - the property's location was fantastic, particularly in communal areas like corridors. - I had 

I thought the staff went above and beyond their normal duties to accomodate me and make up for the missed wakeup call that caused me to miss my day tour departure. After bringing the matter up to the day manager

The location was unbeatable, near a shopping center. The hotel was beautifully decorated and well-kept with a castle view.- The service was excellent throughout our stay.

A huge variety of delightful meal options available. Perfect location beside the Principality Stadium, a nightclub, shops, park, and castle.- Nicely decorated room.

Had two requests for the front office staff, neither was action during my stay. Request 1 - that the Financial Times Newspaper be delivered to my door - didn't happen. Request 2 - that the phone in my room was not working - still not fixed by the time i left my hotel room.

Tastefully decorated room with great views of the castle and nice decor. Incredible setting, adjacent to the Hilton for Easter Sunday lunch. Good customer care, parking off site. the Hilton Cardiff offers elegantly designed rooms with beautiful views of the castle
